I came from Terry's blog.
I wonder why the leadership qualities don’t include involvement in the process. I added my 2 cents with this consideration while answering a question at Terry's Linkedin question box.
Let me add on, being leader is not hiding in the back-end. Am I right?
If I am wrong tell me what is the place of the leader in the whole process--who otherwise simply overlooks and oversees the business?
